Software Engineer – Full-Time

About the Role

Bline Solution is looking for a passionate and driven Software Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining the Bline Pharma Suite, ensuring high performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient software solutions tailored to the pharmaceutical domain.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using **C++ and OOPS principles**
* Work on **database connectivity** and data handling
* Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications
* Collaborate with team members to define and implement new features
* Ensure software quality through testing and code reviews
* Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical software standards and regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachler/Master Digree Computer Science, IT, or a related field
* 0–3 years of experience in web-based application development
* Strong knowledge of:

* C++ programming, Python AI/ML with Cuda
* Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS)
* Database connectivity (SQL or similar)
* Good problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Preferred (Good to Have)

Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory standards such as:

* 21 CFR Part 11
* GAMP 5

Business Analyst

 

Location: PROJECT TO PROJECT | Type: Full-Time

 

About the Role

This hybrid role combines the analytical rigor of a Business Analyst with the technical hands-on skills of an Implementation Engineer. You will own end-to-end deployment of the Bline Pharma Suite at client sites, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the digital platform while maintaining full regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities

Planning & Analysis

Clearly define the scope of implementation — which modules are to be deployed, which locations or departments will be involved — and document business process maps, user roles, and workflows for each department. Blinesolution

 

Design & Configuration

Customize the system to align with pharmaceutical industry standards and company-specific processes. Blinesolution
Configure custom workflows per plant needs and set up kiosk and touch device integrations. Blinesolution

 

Validation & Testing

Create validation documentation in line with regulatory requirements (GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11) and perform Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) for the system. Blinesolution
Conduct end-to-end testing across modules to ensure smooth integration and test system performance under various load conditions. Blinesolution

 

Training & Go-Live

Develop comprehensive training programs for each user group and provide hands-on training sessions guided by real-world scenarios for each module. Blinesolution
Create a plan for transitioning from legacy systems, set a go-live date, perform final data migration, and provide immediate post-go-live support to handle system glitches or user issues. Blinesolution

 

Ongoing Support & Compliance

Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance with GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other relevant regulations, and schedule periodic system reviews to assess the need for updates or process optimizations.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachlar Degree or Master Degree with an IT background
0–6 years of experience in pharma ERP/MES implementation or IT project delivery
Hands-on knowledge of pharma compliance: 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, EU Annex 11, GMP, WHO
Experience with system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and CSV documentation
Strong project management and client-facing communication skills
Willingness to travel to client sites across India and internationally
Experience with SCADA, PLC, or IoT integrations is an added advantage

Functional Consultant

 

Location: INDORE | Type: Full-Time

 

About the Role

The Functional Consultant will serve as the bridge between pharmaceutical clients and the Bline engineering team, translating complex regulatory and operational requirements into actionable product features. You will help clients leverage the Bline Pharma Suite to manage their entire manufacturing and compliance workflow in a single, audit-ready system, eliminating paper, silos, and manual errors across every department.


Key Responsibilities

Conduct requirements gathering sessions with pharmaceutical clients across departments

Define scope of implementation, establish objectives, success metrics, and KPIs, and document business process maps, user roles, and workflows for each department.

Translate client needs into detailed functional specifications for the engineering team

Support GMP Gap Analysis and Facility Assessments and guide clients through WHO, FDA, and EU GMP certification processes from documentation to shopfloor practices.

Identify gaps between client existing processes and Bline platform capabilities and recommend optimal configurations.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business
0-3 years of experience
Experience with ERP/MES/QMS systems in a pharmaceutical environment
Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of GAMP 5 and validation processes is an advantage

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
